All services are subject to site feasibility and final confirmation.

2. Quotations & Pricing

  • All price estimates provided online or via WhatsApp are indicative only

  • Final pricing is confirmed after physical site inspection and measurements

  • Prices may vary based on design, material, height, and installation complexity

3. Installation Timeline

  • Installation timelines provided are estimated and may vary due to site conditions, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as society permissions or courier/logistics delays

4. Payments

  • Payment terms will be clearly communicated at the time of quotation

  • Advance payment may be required to confirm orders

  • All payments made are subject to the agreed quotation and invoice terms

5. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders once confirmed may not be cancelled after materials are processed

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis

  • Custom-made installations are generally non-refundable

6. Warranty & Liability

  • Materials used (304 / 316 stainless steel) are rust-resistant and durable

  • Warranty coverage, if any, will be specified in the quotation or invoice

  • Verity iGrills is not liable for damage caused due to misuse, external impact, or unauthorized modifications

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and site information

  • Ensure site access during inspection and installation

  • Obtain society or building permissions if required

8. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, images, branding, and logos are the intellectual property of Verity iGrills and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss arising due to incorrect information provided by the user

  • Delays caused by factors beyond our control
